I just went to clubroyaleoffers.com to check to see what offers I have. How do you find out what the actual offer is - price, ship, sail date, etc. ?

There are a bunch of offers listed there but I cannot find out any details.

For your offers & for your level -you should call Royal, I guess the casino dept.

My husband got an email back when the new program started in April, telling him his level. But it was wrong- on our cruise last month, they told him a different (& higher ) level.

Yes, I wish they would describe the offers that we are seeing online. Not going to click to redeem it, when I dont know exactly what it is. That would be easier than calling each time.

Just an update. I am signature and I received an email the other day with the name and direct telephone number for my new "Player Development Specialist". I did call him and left voicemail, believe it or not I got a call back in less than 30 minutes!!

I also have a dedicated person to work with. Very responsive to my calls, texts and emails. It is so much better than dealing with rhe myriad of newbies who answer the CR phone lines.

Just got email, for Harmony sailing 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, or 9/8. Too bad we are already booked on the Allure...

I too just got that e-mail, and it's completely useless to me since I'm booked on Allure and Oasis on all those dates, BUT...

This is the FIRST e-mail I have ever received from Club Royale! And this is on top of a snail mail for the 2018 Holiday Event (called Jingle Jangle) which is the first of those since late 2016.

It may be too early to declare some success, but this may be a result of two separate actions taken:

The first was to have any reference to other family members removed from my C&A number. (We used to be able to add them for quick booking, but not on the new web site, and thus have to have C&A remove the residual references manually. (I was told that offers are not sent to folks who have multiple people 'associated' with the same membership or e-mail)

The second was to use a new e-mail ID for 'marketing' communication. (I was told that Comcast was trashing anything sent to one of their IDs)

I'm keeping fingers crossed ..

Already have an oceanview on Aug18 Harmony. Called just to see if we could switch to balcony, but there are no balconies left anyway.

They are sending out an offer for a free balcony cabin, but none available???:confused:

Mine was for a balcony, but I don't fly. I called to see if it could be used on anything else and was told only the 4 dates in the offer.
Tough to travel much without flying.

I travel enough sailing out of NY and NJ. If I have to pay for a flight, hotel, transfers, meals the nigh before, it's no longer a free cruise. I already have 14 cruises booked.

Yep, I got the free balcony offer today also, thats why I called to see if we could switch from oceanview on ours-the Aug 18 one. But he told me none left on the 18th. Now my hubbie says we could do the back to back, getting the free balcony on Aug 25, but that is too much. Like you, we have a bunch planned Sep, Oct, etc. By the way, since we live in FL, (no need to fly either) never been on the Anthem-good ship?

Love Anthem, but from some reviews people write, it isn't for everyone. Sometimes I wonder if they were on the same cruise as me. I was bored going on Liberty after going on Quantum when she was here, but I am going to try Adventure next year. It will be nice if we get a new ship in Bayonne in 2020. You can't beat less than an hour drive to the port.

I wish they'd interport Anthem with NJ and PC.
