Can you cancel a cruise on website or do you have to call?

We have to cancel our upcoming Hawaii cruise and I wondered if there is a place to cancel on the website? Or do I have to call Princess? I can never remember to call when they're open or if I do remember, I'm at work or some other time when I can't easily make the call...

You have to call Princess, if booked through Princess.

If booked through a TA, then, you have to call your TA.

Booked through Princess. I figure if you can book on the website, maybe you can cancel on the website, too. But I guess you can't.

I would err on the side of calling them just in case. Having never cancelled a cruise ( sound of knocking on wood ) I would call them just to make sure that any cancellation refunds were available.

I do, but it's not past final payment so no penalty. I also booked with FCC so it would be only $100x2 anyway.

The Future Cruise Deposits will be placed back into your accounts. Remember to confirm this when you call to cancel. The exception is if your bookings had non-refundable deposits.

I called this morning and we're all good. FCC back in the bank. It really pained me to cancel because I had a great rate due to the casino promo earlier this year and I had snagged a good cabin. Oh well, there's always next year......
