Plans include 24 new outside and balcony cabins along with one 2 bedroom suite.

 

The details differ somewhat from the adaptions made to Brilliance and Serenade in their dry docks.

Thanks. I just learned something about CC search function. When I search "jewel" recent threads do not appear.

 

The search results state:

It seems that only 12 of the total of 42 new cabins will be up on deck 11.

 

It will be interesting to see if these are all forward surrounding the spa when they are released later in the month.

 

The post dry dock deck plans have been released and do not show all of the 42 added passenger cabins yet.

Great, now RCL figured out how to add an ugly hut of cabins also to the Radiance class.....

Are they really keeping the sports bar rather than converting it to a pub?

 

I much prefer the pubs but so far all press releases and the current post-drydock deck plans still show it as the sport bar... :(

Where are you finding this info? Not doubting you, just curious.

The "mommy" in me is disappointed to see that there will not be a nursery onboard.

 

The fun me is also sad that they are keeping the sports bar and now putting in a pub. I find the pubs have a much more fun feel than the racing themed bar.

 

The "grandma" in me is also disappointed there won't be a nursery.

There are several sources of information that can not be referenced directly on CC with a link. To find the RCI independent blog you must google it. Other sources are a little more tricky but with a little google effort can be found.

Is there a diamond lounge? I see a concierge lounge only...

No dedicated DL presently, only after the refurbishment. However, people have reported a Diamond Lounge type cocktail hour every evening in some venue.
