Not sure if this menu is exclusive to the UK..hopefully it doesn't continue when she comes to Port Everglades..

I suspect it's a trend for all future ships, and it would not surprise me if it's extended to older ships at some point.

iipa Posted May 22, 2016 #9 Share Posted May 22, 2016 All the bottom of the pages except Specialty have the $4.95 late night delivery fee between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. plus VAT for departures sailing from Barcelona. Hope that helps.

As my wife noted on Anthem, if you don't want to pay the charge, just go to the Windjammer or Café Promenade and bring the food back to the room. logan25 Posted May 22, 2016 #13 Share Posted May 22, 2016 (edited) Another example of Royal's nickel and diming and incessant upselling. As my wife noted on Anthem, if you don't want to pay the charge, just go to the Windjammer or Café Promenade and bring the food back to the room. I do hope (expect!) RC waives the service charge for cabins which have been quarantined. Otherwise, I would be taking action upon my return to dry land. I often travel solo and there is absolutely no one to bring me back food under that circumstance. I was quarantined once on Princess and fortunately they do not charge for room service (at least during the hours I requested deliveries). Merion_Mom Posted May 22, 2016 #19 Share Posted May 22, 2016 (edited) Yes, the same (almost) as the pages that I have posted repeatedly from the Quantum and Anthem. Some basic items are still "no charge", but "good stuff" will cost you. :) http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2334094 Starting at post #65. Compare and contrast. ;) :D Edited May 22, 2016 by Merion_Mom

I'm guessing yes, but this is our first TA, so I thought I'd ask an expert. :)
