Thrak Posted September 30, 2016 #12 Share Posted September 30, 2016 You can either use the "official" form or simply put all of your cruise info on the same sheet of paper as your stockholder verification info and then fax it in. I tend to send the fax then wait about two hours. If it doesn't show up in my personalizer by then I simply call the verification number and ask about it. At that point they look it up, apply it immediately, and send me an email verification. I have used the form and also sent it without the form - making sure all of my voyage info is included. Both ways worked fine. You can also send it by snail mail but Princess does NOT accept email for this. Very odd but... Astro Flyer Posted September 30, 2016 #13 Share Posted September 30, 2016 Longtime Carnival cruiser - so familiar with submitting to them for the OBC. Hoe do you request the stockholder credit for Princess? Here's a link to the Princess application form which includes all of the details: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=388078&d=1466095327 As said, it's not required to use the form but Princess created it to help ensure receiving thorough applications to expeditiously process our requests.
