We are always striving to improve our products and services and your participation in this survey will help us to enhance the Royal Caribbean vacation experience. It asked about the games, smoke, cleanliness of the casino. I found this interesting. IT stated we are looking to improve the casino program. It also asked about loyalty programs and the options to improve the experience. The only time I'm in the casino is when we have a "slot pull" organized by someone on the roll call. Too much smoke for me. I do gamble when in Vegas and have a MGM Gold card. Of course, as far as I know the casino rate discount is still available....but I know they have been putting more and more restrictions on them. That's new and hope Royal is headed in right direction with no smoking in Casino. Boss got one as well but didn't play last cruise which was a 3 day and when she answered she did not play last cruise, her survey ended. Not so much as any incentive of casino offering. The pit Boss's only appear out of their dark corners when the see some of us throwing down cash more the just occasionally passer buyer!!!!!
