39august Posted December 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 25, 2017 Seems I read a while back that RCI has removed the small tables from the balcony cabins. Is that correct? Those are just in the way and we have moved them out to the balcony in the past. Have been staying in JS's usually, but have a balcony on LB in May. There is a small table in front of couch in Oasis OV balcony rooms.
hallasm Posted December 25, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 25, 2017 There was a small table in my balcony cabin at my September 2017 Serenade cruise - see my 'cabin video' A_8hSZW2CPo
CruiseKeeper Posted December 26, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 26, 2017 Last week there was no table in our Navigator balcony cabin. After years of tripping over one, we kind of missed it.
Rare cruisinghawg Posted December 26, 2017 #5 Share Posted December 26, 2017 There was the table on our Oasis cruise this past Thanksgiving cruise. We put it to the side of the bed next to window and moved the bedside table into the closet for shoes.
taglovestocruise Posted December 26, 2017 #6 Share Posted December 26, 2017 There was the table on our Oasis cruise this past Thanksgiving cruise. We put it to the side of the bed next to window and moved the bedside table into the closet for shoes. Exactly what we do. Getting rid of the table opens up the space and extra storage in the closet is a plus..

cruzgryphon Posted December 26, 2017 #8 Share Posted December 26, 2017 I had mixed experiences. On Explorer at mid September was in a balcony cabin without the small table. On Freedom beginning of December, table was there. Both were D2 Balcony cabins.
39august Posted December 26, 2017 Author #9 Share Posted December 26, 2017 Hope it's gone on LB in May. We lost our booked JS (long story) and had to scramble to get a D balcony. Thanks for the idea of putting bedside table in closet and table by the bed.
