Casino Royale New Tier Program

Recommended Posts

That was very nice of you to post thank you.

Just another thought, that is for the "old casino Royale" program, I wonder what the new program be like, in other words how many points is needed to get the balcony under the new program, it was 5k in the old program.

My understanding so far is that the same point structure below will still stay in place to earn free cruises. The free cruise that will be offered in this new program will be in addition to the certificate we received on each cruise. I do not know anymore info on this new program that we have been waiting for, for over 2 years now

2400---Free Inside

3600---Free Oceanview

4800---Free Balcony

I was told the email letters would go out March 31. Then I was told April 1. So the program starts April 1 and as far as I can tell, no letters have been sent. Glad I am sailing today. I am sailing in a few days and want to confirm my benefits prior to sailing.

Anyone get the email regarding the specific program changes and their level?

Graham-good post

M

We're all patiently waiting for this email.

Good Luck in the casino!!!

Most out of Florida for 3-4 days. U can use it as $750. Towards another cruise

Oh sorry (and thanks). I think you are referring to the cruise certificates that a person gets while onboard.

My impression was that several people had recently received additional, over and above email offers. If this later assumption is the case, I'd love to know about those cruises. Are they still the 3-4 day cruises?

Thanks to anyone who chooses to clarify. :*

Thanks so much for that Linda. I'm in Australia and the onboard "earned with points" certicates are different. I was actually looking to see if none had received some over and above email offers. Out of the blue offers with no particular earn attached.

Thanks again! 💐

Yes about March 16 I got an email saying I got a free cruise using h18q34push3 as the code. It didn’t list any cruises so I called and booked one that fit our needs. I have heard others got an email with specific cruises

I just got off the phone with the casino desk. They tell me that when they announced the date to roll out the new program, they didn’t realize that April 1 would be on a Sunday. Their IT people are not there on Sunday.

Amazing to learn a company is rolling out a major program, and they did not check the calendar for the appropriateness of the rollout date.

Makes me wonder if this information is the truth, or they are not ready to roll out the program and this is the storyline.

The agent said to expect something mid afternoon on Monday.

I guess we will see tomorrow.

Curious where you found that it can be used as $750 toward another cruise? I read every word on the offer and it says it has "no cash value and cannot be applied towards non-Qualifying Sailings". Thanks.

Do you mean the casino reservations folks, or the IT staff?

The casino staff have hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

M

Maybe I am confusing the hours of operation with weekends. Are the Casino staff now available 24/7?

Maybe I calling the wrong number?

On the certificates I have received it's on the back right above the list of available cruises.

He/she was speaking of the 3 & 4 night free cruises out of Florida offers folks received around March 7, not the certificates for play on a sailing I believe. Thanks.

Oh - Is that the push offer? I received that one also, and when I called, they had a list of other cruises it could be applied to.

This is getting frustrating. I’ve been on board Radiance for the past 15 days and the Casino Host and Casino Manager know about as much as us. The Casino Host told me yesterday (April 1 in AU) that the new program has been introduced but all she could tell me is that it’s being “tested” on a few ships but not ours. When I said that didn’t make any sense and asked for details, she couldn’t tell me any more.

Someone was on explorer in feb 2017 and they told me that they learned about the program onboard. They were very excited. I’m on explorer on Sunday for 7 nights. I’ll go and talk to the casino host.

Here's the list from that March email.

Thanks for that!! Really helpful!!

Does anyone know if you can book these b2b2b2b? It’s a long flight from Australia and although I’d look at doing other cruises, I wouldn’t mind getting a JS and just chillax for a couple of weeks. 😃

Well poo. I called Club Royale and the rep said it absolutely can only be applied to the cruises listed in the offer. :( I also asked when we could expect the e-mail on the new program and he said he had no idea when it would roll out.
