Are there Florida resident discount fares? What do you need to get this discount? Does owning a 2nd home in Florida get you FL resident rates? Are these mainly last minutes cruises?

A Florida drivers license or ID. Not very many "Last Minute deals" anymore.

Resident discounts vary from state to state, ship to ship and cruise to cruise. Sometimes they show up for a few days or weeks and then they're gone. From my experience, it's totally random when they're offered.

Not a real discount. Just another of the many fake sale terms that RCI uses.

There's a California resident discount right now on my September 8, 2018 itinerary. But when I called my cruise total price would have gone up $62.00.....:rolleyes:

I do see some decent Florida resident discounts on Disney, but not on RCI.

There's a TX discount right now for my June 17 cruise ...doesn't do anything for me as we're after final payment and not moving rooms, but they do still exist. I think one of my price drops on this cruise was a TX discount.

I have never been able to get a FL resident discount. I jump on cruises last minute often, as in the day before and I’ve still never gotten that discount
