What time should I arrive?

Welcome to CC. First of all, in our experience I've not seen RCI enforce any suggested boarding times with any US based itinerary. I would suggest arriving at the port around 10:00 AM as the ship will start boarding at around 11:00 AM. (The typical exception to that is with the first US itinerary on a ship returning from an international repositioning itinerary where US arrival customs clearance my take longer.).

If you are parking at the port, drop your luggage off first then park your car and check in. The times I suggested are that which we use with our RCI cruises out of any US departure port.

Enjoy your cruise.

Don't arrive before 11am...all you'll do is stand around, waiting. 11am is a good time...boarding should have just started, and lines (if any) move quickly.

Well our experience directly contradicts this. When we arrive at 10, drop off our luggage, and then check in, the wait until we board at around 11:00 is very short with lines that move quickly at that time.
