The upcoming Cyber Event promo is basically the same as the current 3 For Free promo, with an extra Wifi perk for certain cruises and the Cyber Monday $1 deposit day.  Of note is that for winter to spring the deposit is nonrefundable.

We talked to are Princess Vacation Planner. The 3 for 3 are not included in the cyber sale. So we booked our New England/Canada Sept cruise. Special promotion included a deposit of $100 each which is refundable. And the New England/Canada cruises are not included in any of the cyber sales.

The new promo is on the website now.  If you mean the Cyber Monday promo, I would guess as of 9am PST on Monday.
