Are you meaning the Pub Lunch? If so, yes, it's still offered, usually in the Wheelhouse, even if the ship has th Salty Dog Gastropub.  SD is a nighttime dining venue, has no affect on lunchtime. 

Wheelhouse also has the regular music, dancing, etc regardless of whether there's a SDG there or not.

It is set up at night. Other times you would not know it was even there as anyone can sit in the area for other events or drinks etc. It is an open area part of the bar.

Fish and Chips is offered during the Pub Lunch. A link to the Salty Dog Gastropub doesn't server Fish and Chips. A link to the menu can be found HERE

Fish and chips are a menu option for the Pub Lunch, no charge, which is offered on some sea days. The Pub Lunch is offered on just about all ships. Some serve the Pub Lunch in the Wheelhouse Bar and some in the Crown Grill. I have also seen fish & chips in the buffet.

The Salty Dog Gastopub is open in the evening, is only on the Crown, Emerald and Ruby and I believe it is scheduled to be on the Enchanted when launched mid 2020. No Fish & Chips on the menu which can be seen here:
