Yes, I understood that.   Like I said, I personally would not be comfortable with a law that allowed that.  And again, I doubt it will be easy to find a consensus when it comes to relaxing current laws regarding minors and consent.

Have to draw a line somewhere.  Typically at a whole year interval 2,3, or 4 years depending on jurisdiction.
