Glad you all have arrived safely in Kobe.

 

Neither of us could sleep in a warm room.  We like it dark and super cool -- 60 or lower if possible.

We had a very nice warm day in Kochi today.  It was really nice to not have to do anything.  We strolled the Sunday market and the Shopping Street.  It was more crowded with the Diamond Princess in port with us.

Just leaving Kanazawa, Japan headed back to Russia.  It's 10:40pm and we have a dance team send off.  It was a great repeat day and we were the 23rd & 24th to get back on the ship tonight.  Lots more detail will be in my blog, but it'll be a couple days for the posting.

Kanazawa did that for the Westerdam's last call of the season in April when we were there; very impressive.

Yes.  We saw them on the first loop.

Today's private excursion in Vladivostok was to a safari park to see lots of animals.  Here are a few pictures. And yes the Chinese Sun Bear was that close.

 

 

 

We paid a return visit to U-56 and took the 100 ruble tour.

 

Off to Korsakov in about an hour.
