I love celebrity suite perks. There is a very nice suite restaurant called luminae service is amazing food is excellent, As good as specialty restaurants. Celebrity also has a suite lounge with free drinks all day from early till late, name is micheals but they are changing it to the retreat , service there is also excellent, if they do not have the liquor you like they will try to get it. Concierge will have his desk in suite lounge. He can help with many things , we like being escorted off ship for disembarkation. You also have a butler. I have done suites on Hal and many on rccl but celebrity has the best perks. Suite sundeck with pool is only on edge.

Only you can judge the cost and its value.  Suites are popular but expensive on Celebrity and usually but not always come with OBC, WiFi, Gratuities and Premium Beverage Package.  If you will use all of those perks it might be a good value for you.  You can cost these out individually too and decide. In addition of course you get a nicer cabin with more space, a suite lounge, a suite restaurant, a butler, priority boarding, more CC points, etc.  Higher level suites have even more so you need to look at the perks for Sky and Celebrity suites at one level and other suites at the next level when you do your comparison.

We love suites on X.

Apart from those perks mentioned by the helpful posters so far, I do like the private get-togethers and musical performances in Michaels.

I dislike the cost... but we usually only cruise once a year.

Here is the breakdown of what benefits each suite gets from the Celebrity site. We only book RS and above because everything is included. To us, that is valuable, but, we only Cruise about once a year compared to those who cruise more often.

Also worth noting are the private invites you often receive like bridge tours, helipad sailaways etc. These aren't stricktly perks but are the sort of things the Michael's Club Concierge will arrange especially if you express an interest.

At a tendered port the MCC will escort you by secret ways past all the queues, no need for tickets or anything. Priority really is priority.

I think that you need to compare against other lines but IMHO X has very nice suite perks for the price when compared to some of the competition.

Example:

We booked a 12 night cruise on the Infinity next May from Barcelona in a Sky suite(S1). I compared a 12 night sailing on sister cruise line RCI’s Vision of the Seas in a Junior suite leaving from the same home port the day prior. Sky and Junior suites are similar in size. Itinerary was not exactly the same but that was really the only difference. The Vision is also a little older ship. Also the Sky Suite that we booked is not the normal size S1. It has a larger bathroom and deeper balcony. Our cruise is prior to the Infinity’s revitalization which happens next fall.

The exact difference in price between both cruises was $1287.00 with Celebrity being more expensive but the price on RCI was with a “non refundable deposit”. The deposit for Celebrity is “refundable” up to the normal cancellation period. To book a refundable booking on RCI the price would have been higher and closer to that of Celebrity for just the stateroom alone.

With the suite perks included on Celebrity this made them the clear winner. First of all RCI basically has no suite perks in a Junior Suite. It’s not considered a true suite. With Celebrity we receive the premium drink package valued at $1656.00 for two, internet valued at $598.00 for two, gratuities valued at $432.00 for two and a OBC of $300.00. All of that totals $2986.00. Other than the OBC we would have had to purchase those those items on RCI because we use those items. Plus on Celebrity we have use of Michael’s club and Luminae the suite restaurant. Not included on RCI.

Again I think everyone has to do their homework and see if the price works with what is included versus the competition. Having cruised on both RCI and Celebrity they are both good cruise lines but IMHO Celebrity is overall a better product.

Typical Celebrity accuracy. It recons there is only 1 PH on Reflection.....Are they taking one out in the revolution🤣

I am shocked but I am wrong Reflection only has a port penthouse and none on the starboard side.

I agree with those who say it is all relative to what you think is a "perk"

We recently spent two weeks in a Penthouse Suite on the Eclipse.  The thing is huge and the main bathroom alone was bigger than some cabins!  We had a butler who probably couldn't figure out why we weren't requesting more services than we did. Being able to eat in any specialty venue without worrying about getting in was nice but we mainly used Luminae for meals which we enjoyed.  We never EVER make out with the premium beverage package because we do not drink that many drinks every day and those people who do I'm not sure I want to know!

Up to you. We got it on an upsell call because they obviously couldn't move it at the usual price and I suspect they called a LOT of people on the "list" prior to calling us.  Was it "worth it?"  I would have been equally happy in a Royal Suite for less money but I don't regret it and probably would spend my money on something else in the future such as something that lasts beyond a cruise ending.

I wish they were perks or benefits.  A misnomer!  You pay dearly for these extras in a suite!

It's not even the perks as much as the space. I always say that the only people who say that they don't want to waste the money on a suite because you don't spend that much time in your cabin are the people who have never cruised in a suite. Which leads you to the problem that once you have cruised in a suite, it is hard to go back. As far as the perks go, the best one honestly is dining in Luminae. No need to go to specialty restaurants, unless you don't have anyplace good to eat out at home, then you might want to try them. Michael's, although dark and pub-like, is a nice quiet place to relax, and the concierge there is great. If you are not on an excursion, they will get you off the ship early. We needed early debarkation because of an early flight, he cut us in the line to get off as soon as we were ready. Check in as a suite guest is a breeze. Premium beverage is a great perk. There were glasses of wine we paid the overage on, but in Luminae the sommelier charged us only for 1 glass of upcharge when he poured us more. The butler was certainly nice, but nothing that I could have lived without. We did ask for a plate of cut up fruit to be brought to the room each afternoon, which he did. If you are interested in things like a better seat in the theater, they will do that for you to, but I had no interest in that, I always wanted to sit in the back in case I wanted to leave.
