coffee makers in cabins on RCCL....

You are correct....in standard staterooms.  But as Grandma Dazzles indicates they are in stateroom categories of Junior Suite and up on RCCL ships.  This is a common misunderstanding. 🙂

But that wasn't what the OP asked. They asked if they were in all cabins, not if they were in any cabins.

Yep - you are correct again.  And it wasn't a criticism - just wasn't sure if you were aware of the distinction with RCI.
