Which Version Is your Favorite in the Restaurants?

I'll be sailing on the Marina in December and I was able to book my specialty restaurants.  In reviewing the menus, certain dishes like lamb rack, veal medallions, Caesar salad, escargot, mashed potatoes and onion soup are served in most of the restaurants.  Do any "veterans" out there recommend one restaurant's version of some dishes better than others?  For example, is the tableside Caesar in Toscana better?  Thanks for all of your suggestions.

The French onion soup at Jacques is better IMHO. According to the head butler, Polo and Jacques use different cheese toppings and bread. I can’t recall if the soup base is different. I had ordered it from Polo but he brought it from Jacques because he said it was better...and I had to agree...

Double baked cheese souffle, any of the desserts, and the miso sea bass from Red ginger, we had 4 people in our group, one veggie, one fish eater and two meat, none of us had a poor meal, in fact we all gave every meal including the buffet 9/10!! Have a wonderful time.
