Yes, on "revolutionized" ships. You can take your carry-ons to your cabin and leave them. Not supposed to stay in the cabin until the announcement that cabins are open. We felt that this lessened the crowding in the OCV on boarding day.

The Reflection hasn't  gone thru the revolution process ( 3 February 2023) so I would say no.

And, as of the October 12th Reflection sailing, I would say  you are correct.  😊
