No, she is docked in Busan, South Korea with all crew onboard.

Yes, she arrived there yesterday after visiting Fukuoka, Japan 2 days before. Guess she has to be anywhere away from China for at least 14 days before anyone else can board to meet the  RCL rules.

Supposedly they have contingency plans.  Wonder if they’ll put them into place?  The first canceled sailing for Spectrum was Jan 27th. So assuming 14 days from the 28th the earliest they could make plans are the 10th.

Quantum of the Seas was supposed to do a nine day cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong  on 15 Feb and then another 9 day back.  It has since been rerouted and will cruise out of Singapore for both cruises and the itineraries have been adjusted.

Yes, Quantum is sailing pretty much as normal, just missing Hong Kong. We are on the 15 Feb sailing next week.

Looks like Spectrum left Busan at 0832 GMT on 5 Feb for Nagasaki. Maybe testing a new route or just waiting for the 14 days of “self quarantine” to be over so they can let the crew off the ship for a break.

A bit off topic but since the ship has no passengers I wonder if they let the crew sleep in the guest cabins just to give them all some space.  It would also help to stop anything from spreading just in case someone is sick but isn’t showing any signs of infection.

Bayley: 'Contingency Plans' In Place for Spectrum

February 04, 2020

Spectrum of the Seas

Royal Caribbean International is evaluating plans for redeploying the Spectrum of the Seas due to the coronavirus outbreak in China, where Royal Caribbean's newest ship is deployed year-round.

"We have contingency plans for all of our ships deployed globally as part of our overall planning process," said Michael Bayley, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International, speaking on the company's 2019 fourth quarter and full year earnings call on Tuesday.

As far as the Spectrum, Bayley said the company had plans in place, but it was difficult to understand what was happening in China at the moment.

"We can redeploy regionally or outside the region," Bayley commented, declining to elaborate citing a competitive environment.

The ship currently sits docked in Busan, South Korea, with crew onboard.

Unless the Corona virus is quickly contained, it could have a devastating effect on the entire cruise industry.  IMHO, prices could plummet in March and ships could still sail half empty.  Cruise lines will redeploy ships from Asia to the Americas causing an increase in the number of available rooms while the public becomes scared to cruise.
