CC moves on.  Now when someone presses the little like button at the lower right corner of a post,  CC now lists who pushed it, not just a number of users who reacted.

I wondered what was going on last night and this morning when the like button had disappeared.         So far I am liking this new feature.

And the opposite is true as well. Anything not NYC, is upstate.  Even though all the radio stations & TV stations I listen to originate from NYC & I can see the skyline from certain tall hill & can be in the heart of Manhattan in little over an hour - 40 minutes to the Bronx border -  (via Metro-North trains), my NYC friends tell me I live upstate. lol

You are not upstate. One of my daughters and family live in Delaware County, that is upstate.

Having been born and raised in nyc I always consider anything north of the Bronx upstate , my wife raised in the Buffalo area disagrees she considers Buffalo area western New York State.

I like 😁

So many beautiful places to visit in the US, especially now.

I admit being a tiny bit jealous.

I’d like to see photos of Israel. I know the areas we never see are beautiful.
Years ago, the husband of a Jewish staff member of my office died. I decided to honor LJ’s memory by planting a couple of trees in Israel. Easy to do, just send a donation, but I always wonder where the trees are, and hope they’re flourishing!

Hi All.  On the Oasis and loving every minute!!!! All went well, checkin was a breeze, on the ship by noon.  Enough people around and everyone following the rules. Enjoying half priced drinks🍾

I am putting on some pictures but I think they are upside down so turn your devices around….🤪5CA49D83-B8B1-4F73-995D-78EB49DE1CE9.thumb.jpeg.df9038fd036b3ffd79f6bce6bee1e1b2.jpeg1997BB0D9-11E2-4FA1-BF29-BBFDDBA82457.thumb.jpeg.e953ba5cf1f64263fb5f587f709cf5d8.jpegFFA9002A-1BC0-408B-851F-7DAF668FD77B.thumb.jpeg.72f22c868d7050e54fc5c9bcccc0a7a4.jpegFFA9002A-1BC0-408B-851F-7DAF668FD77B.thumb.jpeg.72f22c868d7050e54fc5c9bcccc0a7a4.jpeg

All looks beautiful.     Glad you made it to the port with no issues from henri.   Have you been to the casino?    Any luck?

Did they serve lobster in WJ for lunch on boarding day?

Same here, except I just reduced my daily newspaper delivery to Sundays only.

We just dropped our Sunday paper and went to 7 day digital. We hated to do it, but it was coming between 11:30 and 12:30, which drove us nuts, so we cut the cord.

What I’ll wrap potato peelings and shrimp shells in now, I don’t know!

Were you able to print the one that appeared in the WSJ?

No, I don't subscribe to WSJ but I printed the one you posted yesterday.    Cut and pasted it to a blank word doc so I didn't have all the other posts on the print out.      Thank you!    I cannot wait to make it, we love scallops

We did the same things years ago, Only got the  Sunday Philadelphia Enquirer because it had all the ads for all the stores and had food coupons in it, so really the coupons paid for the the paper plus some.

Here in the golf community that we now live at in Virginia, no one has any paper boxes in front  of their houses............I'm not even sure if there is a newspaper available where we live now? If there is, Most likely would come from Roanoke, Virginia, that's the nearest larger city about 55 minutes from us.

Pre covid coupons were well with it but nowadays coupons are horrible.    You get maybe one pack of coupons and it is the same stuff over and over and usually not what I buy at food store, etc.     I guess covid has destroyed the coupon biz.

Definitely superior driving skills. My wife who drove to work every day for 27 years had quite a few flats. We each had a car .

Speaking of flats.  We noticed a tire going low. We noticed a roofing nail in it probably from the roofing replacement we had.  Fixed it yesterday.

Bravo repeats several episodes just before the new one airs. You should be able to catch up next week.

Or try to catch it when they do the Galley Talk addition of it.  Kate, Ben, Alex, Josiah, Colin, Anastasia, Bobby and Julia have been great to watch!  They are so funny!

I never had an accident while driving. The closest was when teenagers in a car attempted to force me off a road.

The trees I am sure are flourishing. They are planted in forests.People do not just plant trees to honor the memory of a deceased person. It is very nice that you chose to honor that person.

Our Kroger’s has a program that gives discounts.  When you check out you give them your number and you get a discount.  They later use this info to send you coupons in the mail based on previous purchases.
