I bet we will not get a tan on our cruise in a few weeks!  I noticed someone on roll call mentioned a price drop last night.  Last week we noticed a small drop and got a $67 refund so thought that was the drop they mentioned but decided to check.  Saw another drop, mentioned it to Sharon, she called and got us an additional $608 in OBC!  Will we were on the phone the lady let here check our friends room an got them $675 OBC!  I think RC planned to drop but wanted to wait until after final payment.

 

How are you feeling today.  Is your eye ok.  Glad you got a good report.

Sounds like Sharon.   She does the input and printing and has a folder to keep it organized.  She does some of the leg work for our cruise friends too.  The folder is so organized.

Before I retired I did a lot of driving for work. Sharon loved to drive so after awhile she started driving some when we went on longer drives.  Now she down loads a book and drives.  I rarely drive now when we are both in the car.

One time while visiting my mom in Ohio she asked Sharon why she is driving all the time.  Mom thought I had a DWI.  😂

Her party theme this year is dolphins.  My task, as I understand it, is to sculpt a watermelon into a fruit bowl with a dolphin theme.  It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Is this for the Alaska sailing on Ovation?    No, I doubt any tanning will happen there except maybe your nose😅

That is Awesome...I forget how that works after final payment, does it show up in cruise planner or wait till you board?    Time to cash out at casino after tips, etc. are paid. 🥩

 

Thank you for asking.   My eye is a little swollen, no where near as much as yesterday.    I am able to at least open it today.    Although this morning it was all gooey and glued shut.   I just took off the pressure bandage they put on yesterday afternoon and gently washed my face and applied some vasoline and a standard bandage.    Definitely getting a little purplish.    Doesn't hurt at all, just uncomfortable with the stitches so close to the lower lid and stitches kinda tickle my lashes.

 

We had storms blow through last night but nothing as bad as they were predicting.    Today is beautiful sunny day with an expected high of 70f.    We are going to make a run to garden store and pick up some bags of raised bed soil and some top soil for a couple patches that Eric wants to plant grass seed in front yard.

Awww sorry about the black eye but the dolphin party theme sounds like fun and she'll be beautiful black eye or not.

Same here.   I have the vax cards and everything else saved on my phone and upload when needed.    I find the check in process to be rather easy these days and prefer to do myself so I know it is all done and good to go.

Awesome.  I hope they are having lots of fun planting their flowers🥰   I see they already have gardener gloves.    They look so adorable.     They did a great job in building their beds too!!

My Dad got me started on my gardening bug around their same age.

I really want to know how everyone is getting these big price drops.  I have religiously checked all of my cruises, and the prices have only gone up.  Mine next month never went down, and that category is sold out.  I had hoped to upgrade to a suite, but those were sold out when we booked.

 

Same with our January cruises.  The one is up $150, and the other has the category sold out.  I thought maybe our May cruises next year would drop a little, but they have not budged.  I can’t believe I booked all at the low point.
