We are currently at a beach in SC.  We went to a little local mom and pop that always has a buffet of Southern veggies and a couple meats.  They give you a paper plate, silverware ,and a clear glove.  You use the glove to serve yourself from the buffet.  It was fast and clean.  I have to admit that I am concerned about all those plastic gloves in the trash, but it did work.  As for cruising, we don't always want to eat in the MDR.  It can be cramped, slow, and loud.  The seating areas in the Buffet area are quiet, and you can eat without waiting for the different courses to be served.  Some nights we enjoy the MDR; some nights we enjoy the Lido Buffet.

Lets see what happens as the restaurants and bars continue to trickle open in each state. Lets pray that the results are promising and that Carnival is able to resume taking us on our fantastic voyages. Passenger and crew safety have to garner top billing.

We already know what happened during spring break parties, the demonstrations will see collateral in two to three weeks, sad times.
