Not disagreeing with you but, if true (mandatory travel insurance), these insurance companies may charge 2-3 times what they normally would be charging.

Actually just add an insurance tax onto our tax bill so everyone pays their fair share.

Build it in to the Cruise Fare.... I would like to stay in Suites or NCL Haven..but canno't afford it ..Live has choices!!
