Same here....at least it was listed but no amount was with it...now totally gone.  Will try to call next week.

Called on Tuesday and spoke with a nice lady named Valerie and after a few "holds",  it was reinstated with the amount of onboard credit!  YAY!! (This time, I printed it out)

I too, always try to remember to print things I get from Princess and others.

I wish they would make the offer again...we were not ready to book then, but I just signed up for a Feb 2022 cruise.

We already had one booked and they applied it to that one.

Unfortunately you had to book a cruise by Dec. 2nd to get the promo.

We were approved for this promotion and booked a Feb 2022 cruise by the deadline.  The OBC has not shown up.  I called Princess today and was told that this only applied to cruises booked for 2021.  I was also told that since many cruises have been cancelled for 2021 that it could possibly (no promises) be reinstated for 2022 cruises.  I admit I did not read the fine print of the offer.

Even though Princess kept telling me the credit had been applied, I was unable to see it.  Today it showed up on my personalizer!  I printed it for sure - feel much better with the written proof in case there is a problem when I am onboard.

Great...They moved my credit around and now it is listed in the credit section. I printed it.

My Princess vacation planner told me they are trying to open it up again.  I hope so!
