When will they cancel July cruises out of USA if they get canceled?

We have final payment due this week.  When can I expect them to cancel July if that is what happens?  I am trying to book another trip as I expect things to be canceled and I don't want to have another "non-refundable" payment out there in case the ships sail.  Like I said, I don't expect it to sail, but I am nervous about having two trips this summer and I can only afford one!

June sailings were cancelled April 8th.  Around that date in May for July cancellations

No doubt Celebrity will cancel after my payment is due May 1st for my July 30th cruise 

I'll cancel my NRD the day before and move my deposit elsewhere.

Don't book any new sailing, try to downgrade to the cheapest cabin on existing sailing, make final payment and then request a refund when RCI cancels.
