I have a copy of the Princess form already filled out except for my booking number & cruise number. Easy to fill out & either fax or email to Princess.

Tom😀

I'm on the October 2022 TA cruise from Southampton to Port Everglades. Originally it was to be on the Crown, but that was recently changed to the Emerald Princess. As early as maybe a month ago I had my military and stock ownership OBC on my Crown's Princess.com\Payments page. When the Emerald was substituted for the Crown, those credits were moved automatically over to my new booking account.  I was somewhat surprised and pleased.

The form I use use, which includes the email address, does not require a cruise number.

It would be smart to include that information. Every time I've gotten my ownership OBC, at some point Princess requested that information.

My military and shareholder benefits did not transfer over from my Aug 22 booking. I just had to resubmit the emails, but I did get an instant response back from the Shareholder team (oops! I submitted screenshots from an older statement). So Shareholder department is active and working!

Luck of the draw I suppose.

Like PaperSniper4 my military OBC automatically transfers & is automatically added to each reservation but I always need to reapply for shareholders.

Probably a dumb question but I have to ask it anyway lol 😀  I bought the 100 shares this week and a confirmation showing the number of shares bought showed up  in my trading account this morning.  Our cruise date is Aug 8th so I'd like to send off the request ASAP.  If I black out everything but my name and share purchase is that acceptable no idea when I would get a monthly statement.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is what information does Princess require I send?   TIA

Keep your name on it but black out your account number.  If the rest isn't there they can't verify it.  I've attached the most recent form that I have with the contact information.  They react pretty quick to both emails and faxes, just check the payments section of the Personalizer and you should see the Shareholder OBC listed within a couple of hours.

Thanks we now have 6 upcoming cruises so I will get this sent off today!  Do I have to provide both our names when I send it in or just mine as the shareholder?

It only gets applied to one person / cabin so if your name is the one on the brokerage statement then send that in.

My wife & I jointly own our CCL shares & request it in her name so the OBC balances with my military OBC. Although because my name is listed first in our bookings SOBC is added to my account. A quick phone call gets it transferred to her account whenever we plan to book Princess tours. I know that by calling to make tour reservations they can use my OBC for her but prefer to have even amounts to book tours online.

Make sure that you send in the page with your address on it. I didn’t include that once & it didn’t go through. Emailing it as an attachment works great. No need to fax it in.

Thanks I scanned it and attached it as a PDF to the email with all our upcoming cruises listed.  Fingers crossed I didn't mess it up lol.

I just used headers Booking number, date,  ship, number of nights etc and sent all 6 on the same page.  Guess I'll see if that works..........

Okay last question I hope regarding this benefit 😁  If they decide to allow it where will I find it?  Under My Account, Onboard Credit?  I know makes sense right?    Looked in there just now for the first time and my casino offers are in there nothing else.  TIA

I posted 7 hours ago that I had just sent in my requests via email for 4 cruises. I checked the Princess site just now and it is showing for all 4. 😎

Where did you find it?  I think we sent it in about the same time mine went about 11 AM.

Cruise Personalizer. Click on Payments in the header. This is for a 12 day cruise.

I read a post dated in Nov. 2021 claiming that the policy may have changed to only allow either a $250 Veteran credit, or the $250 Stockholder credit on upcoming cruises.  I intend to call, but has anyone successfully had both applied for an upcoming cruise of 14 days or longer?    We have 3 cruises totaling 44 days, so $750 credits we would lose if this is true.  I suppose I could apply for the military and have my wife appply for the stockholder credits, but that might be chancy if they do intend to cut back on credits.

That post was wrong…after that date I’ve received both benefits for all of my future cruises.

From the military benefit form: • This offer is combinable with other Onboard Credit offers.

If both of you are eligible you can get 2 benefits: This offer is valid for a maximum of two military personnel per booking.
