New Jane Mcdonald Series This Sunday!

Thank you, Cruise Critic's News page- I wouldn't have known about this.

If you look at the News articles on here, Adam is telling us that Jane's return is on Channel 5, this Sunday, at 9pm.

She returned to cruising last year, and her ship is Sky Princess for the first episode.

Sadly, Jane's partner Eddie died earlier this year, so we've been thinking about her a lot recently.

I had wondered if Jane had given up the cruise programmes because Ed was ill. Maybe she will return to do some more...in time !

Yes, that was announced... she did a series of programmes in a motor home instead..

I wondered whether Jane had withdrawn from the cruise programmes because of Ed's illness, too.

I thought the cruise programme was an addition to the motorhome travelogue? Probably all on hold what with covid and such.

Hadn’t read another presenter was due to take over. Have not heard of Susan Calman.

 

Obviously due to Covid it has been almost impossible to cruise.

I saw a series about Scotland with Susan Calman.  She is very funny.

Looked to be a slightly different format in that she didn’t get an owners suite 😏 and she was offering tips on managing on board spending?

Jane is a character, I like her presentations. Most of us Colonials love her.
