Can’t access Roll Call

I’ve not been able to access my upcoming cruise in the Roll Call section…or any other cruise . This started about 5 days ago.

 

Has anybody else had this issue ?

Mine have worked fine.

I do find lately that sometimes CC seems to log me out when I go to roll calls and I have to log back in.

Log out and back in.  I just accessed the roll calls and they are working.  Clear cache on your device may help also.

Are you trying to use the roll call finder tool?  It sometimes has problems, and you have to go the old fashioned way, roll call forum, cruise line, ship, dates.  EM

Who knows why, but it’s working now :).  We just landed in Lisbon….I’ll give credit to the Portuguese Internet Goddesses 😉.

Exactly what happened to me last week.  The tool just showed a blank page as if there were no cruises, but going the long way worked.

Make sure you are logged in.  I wasn't and I wondered why it wasn't working.

And it can be unpredictable when you get logged out. I have been logged in on the main categories page, and when I open a new subfolder in another tab, suddenly I'm logged out. It doesn't happen often, but it is disconcerting when it does.
