2021 Room Service Menu

I have appreciated the new menus, breakfast, lunch and dinner, posted by those who have been sailing recently.  I wonder if I missed the Room Service menu?  Has it changed? Does anyone have a copy to post?

On the Nieuw Amsterdam  cruise to Alaska, there was no printed Room Service menu. It was on the television. It might be on the Navigator app but since I never downloaded that, I don't know.

Yes, there is a printed room service menu.  I had it here for the last two weeks and tossed it this morning because we disembark tomorrow morning.

Also, evening before last as we were leaving the MDR on the NA, there were three men in black suits holding up a wall--I walked over to them--one was a Cellar Master and one was a sommalier (sp?), don't know what the other man is doing.  So maybe they are getting back to having wine stewards, not the right word I'm sure.  There hasn't been much, rarely any, wine ordered around us at dinner in the MDR.

We also do not use the navigator ap; we don't own a smart phone; no need for us.  They had printed menus every night at dinner in the MDR and offered them as each table group was seated, and one posted outside restaurant, though frequently we found a few differences in dinner offerings (cod vs halibut, and the way something was prepared) on the outside posted menu vs the printed menu.

I stand corrected. My cabin steward was the one who told me there was no printed room service menu. I guess he did not get the memo.

I also didn’t see a printed RS menu. Looked at the menu on TV then called in the order. I did not see a RS menu on the Navigator app.

I also never got a printed RS menu and I also looked at it on the TV, even though we never ordered from it. I never could find it on the Navigator app. We sail again in 3 weeks on the Koningsdam and will ask for a printed version.

Are the cabin stewards still using that grey folder type thingy to put the chocolates and the next days program?  When they did, the room service menu was tucked in the folded part.  I missed it until I figured it out.  Could that be why some got it and others didn’t?  Just a guess on my part…

No, no folder type thingy for us.  And I save every piece of paper unless it's for the shops.

I like the idea of having it on the tv.  No paper to gather or get misplaced.

We were on the Alaska cruise a few weeks ago and only had it on our TV.  No printed menu and it wasn't on the app.  We ordered room service for lunch a few times and it was surprisingly very good.  We especially liked the pulled pork sandwich and I definitely recommend this if you like spicy food.  They were also accommodating in bringing us ice cream to go with our chocolate chip cookies even though ice cream wasn't on the menu.

We didn't get one on Nieuw Amsterdam a couple weeks ago and it was on the TV only. The only printed menu was the door card for breakfast.

Yes! Thank you so much for posting this.  Looks like some decent options and my husband will be glad the chicken noodle soup is still an option.

I noticed that also. Either it’s a mistake or an old Beverage Package list.
