rollie Posted November 15, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2021 We're just back from 2 cruises. Oct 23rd Edge and Oct 30th Summit. We still haven't gotten our surveys to fill out. Just wondering if some others are experiencing the same thing. Rollie
jelayne Posted November 15, 2021 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2021 We were on the 10/16 & 23 sailings. I received the email with the link to the survey the day after each cruise ended. The link to the survey was on good for 1 week.
Julma Posted November 15, 2021 #3 Share Posted November 15, 2021 I got and filled mine out at the airport waiting for our flight home. My husband's went to his junk mail. If you haven't checked your junk, check there.
canderson Posted November 15, 2021 #4 Share Posted November 15, 2021 Got ours 12 noon the last day of the cruise. We also found ours in the spam folder (Comcast).
Rare Jim_Iain Posted November 15, 2021 #5 Share Posted November 15, 2021 If you call into Celebrity Engagements they will reset and send you a new one. I had this happen once.
Rare DaKahuna Posted December 6, 2021 #6 Share Posted December 6, 2021 We found this in our stateroom on day 2. I filled it in and have already been thanked by Guest Relations for giving them feedback.
39august Posted December 6, 2021 #7 Share Posted December 6, 2021 We didn't get either of ours for B2B late Sept. and Oct. Had to ask for them.
Rare DaKahuna Posted December 6, 2021 #8 Share Posted December 6, 2021 Some of the Staff has already been told that we provided positive compliments and thanked us.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted December 7, 2021 #9 Share Posted December 7, 2021 The QR code is so much more convenient than getting the Attention to Detail form and hand writing comments or complaints. I usually fill out a form complimenting outstanding service at the mid-point of a cruise. I usually get a response back from the Hotel Director thanking me for my compliments. The staff also usually thank me also as they are called up for recognition at Staff Meeting and given a Gift Card to the stores.
