There was an Aida ship in port and it parked in the channel. For those that don’t know, the floating bridge opens up for boats and ships to get in and out. While eating it opened… I’ll also post video of it shortly.

The food was really good. Glad they wanted to feed us, unlike Bonaire.

Then it was time to head back to the ship. Through the fort and port shopping area and passed the casino.

I think the best is the garlic and herb variety. only available on elegant nights.

Mussels and alligator fritters… the alligator is good, has a little kick of spice. The mussels are really REALLY SALTY.

Sounds like a great time! Do you know who your Maitre d is? When we were on our last cruise before pandemic, the Maitre d was Aaron. It was his first time, and he was great. Sure hope he was able to get back to Liberty.

That's unfortunate. The mussels were one of my favorite dishes on Panorama, the mirepoix sauce they had them in was divine and done perfectly. I actually went to the lido buffet after dinner in the MDR to get more they were so good. Enjoying the review, great job!

Appetizers and dessert… I’m Still pretty full from my tasty chrurrasco but I couldn’t miss the baked onion soup.

They have been enjoyable before. Probably just an off night.
