We were delayed 50 minutes and are just now boarding the plane. Didn’t really have to self debark after all. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Taking off now. Don’t think I’ll get the wifi. Think I will sleep.

Will you have a temporary weight gain from the drinks?  I usually go home weighing 3-4 pounds more (with one drink a day), and can get it off in a week (most of it is fluid retention from the ship’s water).  I can’t imagine how much it would be if I drank fifteen a day!

LONGEST 3 hour flight ever. Delayed, then boarded the plane, the the computer had to be rebooted, screaming kid. Oy!

Definitely! I try to lose 10 precruise for it, but this time with the holidays, that didn’t happen. I dry brush a lot on the cruise to get toxins out. I have some other tricks as well that I’ll do this week and should be good in about a week. I also NEVER drink the actual ship water. It makes me swell horribly. Always bottled water. Always walk and move a BUNCH.
