I usually don’t follow these threads with so much info on a cruise. This thread was incredible! I felt like I was dining with you each day and surprise, did not gain any weight!
I have started a letter to Celebrity to suggest they hire you to go on each Celebrity ship to write reviews and have Celebrity offer  you free cruises; or are you already doing this 😀!

Good morning,

our SJ stop is replaced with Nassau ( no surprise). I read you went to Junnanoo Beach on this cruise and to the Graycliff Compound on your previous cruise.  Were they both easy to find from the pier?  Thanks again.

Good morning.  Hopefully you are enjoying your cruise.  Yes, Junkanoo beach is easy to get to.  If you come out of the compound just turn left and keep on walking.  It will curve around take you pass Dunkin on the other side of the street ( great place for WI-FI) and Hilton on the right, keep following the sidewalk and cross over to the Margaritaville Resort and then you are there. Ignore the taxi rides offers.  Bring towels and beach necessities but judge the weather because it might be windy and a slight chill to not a great hot beach day but beautiful scenery.  There is a BBQ beach shack that’s good.  After that you can walk towards John Watling’s Rum distillery and you will pass Grey Cliffs.  Look up the map walking directions on your phone and take screen shots.  It’s is nice semi easy walk and you get to see some nice things for FREE.  I recommend going to Junkanoo then Grey Cliffs then John Watling’s ( delicious frozen beverages) and then back to the port.

The videos won't open on my laptop, but they open fine on my iPhone - and someone else shared that they opened on an iPad, my guess is that this is a proprietary thing.

Technology works in mysterious ways 😂

And they open just fine on my iMac too.

Day 8

Another tip.  Make friends with the crew that you will be spending time with the most.  If you like Cafe Bacio and go there all the time, be friendly to the staff, and show a little appreciation.  You would be amazed how a little appreciation at the beginning will change your whole experience for the whole cruise.

That’s a great tip. Pun intended😀 we always get 100 $1 bills before cruising to give to the bartenders.

.Mov is an Apple proprietary file designation, hence it working on their products.

(caveat being older products may not open newer .Mov files if the programme has been upgraded with no backward compatibility)

On my, non Apple, laptop .Mov opens using Firefox. Neither Edge nor Chrome will open .Mov files. That being said I could probably look for an extension to embed in either browser that would allow .Mov to open.

Uploading personal videos to YouTube then posting them on Cruise Critic makes the videos (almost) universally accessible.

Hope that helps some.

Cheers, h.

Wow … thank you so much for the explanation!!!  I really appreciate it.  Mystery solved.  Now I have to create a you tube account and figure this whole thing out before my Oasis trip.  Although the charter cruise that’s sailing at almost full capacity this week is casting a cloud over it but I will closely monitor the situation and make changes if need be!

Pearl … shinning white pearl ( by the way that is everyone) I really doubt that 45 minutes is very active in the casino on the first day since the mail came on night two with our dinning reservation reminder.

Not everyone!    I haven't qualified for Pearl yet.  LOL     You have to gamble at least $1.00 of your own money.   Iain hit Pearl by winning a free $5 slot pull and then reinvested it and lost.  Obviously I'm not a gambler.

So, you're not the loudmouth with a big stogie hanging from his mouth playing Craps ?

All you need is lots of $$( US ) and a " gut feeling " .

Someone posted a while ago that he wins playing that " system ", even when splitting Kings !!

Casinos love gamblers with " gut feelings " , but, but, ----won't even give you a key chain if by chance ( LOL ) you happen to lose.

Keep playing, you are bound to win ----- unless you run out of $$$.

The only gut feeling I have is that I won’t see Benjamin Franklin back once I put him into the machine lol so I don’t think casino loves me and I will be okay 😂

" I won’t see Benjamin Franklin back once I put him into the machine "----

That's because you , I , and everyone else are always on the wrong cruise !!

Every time we take a cruise there is a rumor going around on the first day that " someone " hit the Jackpot for $25 '' Big Ones " on the previous cruise.

And, it must be true even though it's the same amount every time , not higher , not lower.

Hey, how come we  (?? ) tip the dealer when we win , but , he/she doesn't tip us when we lose ??

I have a question for BennyBrun.  Were passengers required to only use Celebrity shore excursions in Belize?  That’s what the Celebrity website says.  I thought I remember reading that you left the port area and walked around yourselves.  We are cruising on Feb 19 and I would like to make private reservations for cave tubing.  I just wonder if I’m allowed.
