What do you carry around the ship (e.g. for masks, etc)?

Yup, always wearing shorts with Cargo pockets during Cruise. Kids and now Grands lot times the Diaper Bag's came in handy holding my Brick Cell Phone, Bottle for Baby at one end, Bottle for me on the other.

I only buy/wear pants, shorts, capris...etc. with pockets.  😉   Love the Cargo Capris for port touring.  I don't carry a purse, except the time when I want pictures...will take my tiny cross body bag to carry it.

This is exactly the Fanny pack I use, much to the dismay of my kids. They’re not fashionable, but they’re really handy.

That is so funny - speaking as a mid-20s gal, all of my friends use these! I think you’re trendy, for what it’s worth. My mom had given me a hard time for making fun of her cruise / concert fanny pack while growing up now that my sister and I use these. Gotta give it to you moms, they are super handy🤣

I have a small LeSportsac crossbody that’s probably about 6” long by 4” wide with one main compartment and two side pockets. It’s been my vacation go-to for years—easily holds cards, lipstick, phone, passport, whatever I might need to have with me and easily accessible in the airport, boarding the ship, around the ship, at a theme park or water park, at the beach, shopping/shore excursions, etc. It’s easy to carry, convenient and not bulky. I must have gotten it 10-15 years ago and it’s still in great shape.

Speedos would be a challenge for some. 😁

I never have understood why women pre covid and during covid carry pocket books on cruises.  I'm always thrilled I can leave it at home.

This is funny to me, because I haven't carried a purse of any kind on land in over twenty years, but I *do* carry a bag on a cruise.

During the daytime, it's a small beach/tote bag that can hold my sunscreen, sunglasses, reading glasses, lip balm, phone, SeaPass, Kindle, towel, and some cash for tips.

During the evening, it's a small purse that can hold my reading glasses, lip balm, phone, SeaPass, Kindle, and some cash for tips.

I typically always have a tiny medicine cabinet with me on board or on shore, too -- I always seem to be the person people (even complete strangers) ask for antacid, antihistamine, decongestant, expectorant, pain relievers, etc.

I, too, pack a small medine cabinet with bandaids, neosporin, cortisone cream for any bug bites at port, tylenol, advil, claritin, small bottle cough syrup, cough drops, Tums, etc.  My Dh has watched me pack or unpack and will ask did I really need to bring all of that, but yet he is usually the one that needs something and is happy I brought it🤩

This is a pretty pattern!

The Vera Bradley luggage is awesome.  I looove their Weekender bag,  I couldn’t live without it. They are so well made, organize stuff really well, fit under an airplane seat perfectly and attach on top of wheeled suitcases just right for moving around in an airport.  And the prints are really pretty 🌸🌼💐 My Mother-in-law got me my first travel duffel years ago and that was it, I’m hooked!

Same here.  My husband comments, Are you bringing ALL that? Yet, he insists on bringing his full 28 Oz Head & Shoulders for a 10-day trip.  And he barely has any hair 👴🏻

My medicine cabinet is only about the size of a pack of cards, plus a small ziploc bag with triple antibiotic, a few bandaids, and hydrocortisone cream.

When it comes to hair care, though, both @John&LaLa and @Ourusualbeach can confirm that you do NOT want me to skimp on hair products, or there won't be room for anyone else on the entire ship!

My phone case is a wallet that has 3 card slots and a cash slot.  If I don't have enough pockets, I carry the phone.  It's my camera, holds my seapass card in one slot, mask in 2nd slot and a magnifier(credit card size) in the 3 slot.  Plus I can keep money for tips in the cash slot.  I like to carry my phone for access to the Cruise Compass so it's with me most of the time.

My favorite hands-free bag is a Buddy Pouch.  There is no belt and it utilizes magnets that keep it in place and secure.  Very compact and undetectable under a shirt. I've used mine at casinos and especially concerts and plan to bring on my 1st upcoming cruise.  XL Buddy Pouch - Running Buddy (therunningbuddy.com)

That is super cool. I’ve never seen them before. Thank you for posting this, I just ordered a few.
