Any shops on board

Yes you can but there isn't that much of a selection.  Pringles, some candies but again, not a huge assortment.  The shops close usually around 11pm and open around 9am or 10am.  Remember though that none of the shops are open at all while you are docked in a port.

They are also much more expensive than regular stores

Are there any shops on ships where one can buy simple food (snacks, sweets etc)? What time do they stay open til?

The WJ or the solarium cafe ( packets of crisps/panini soup/pizza) or the coffee shop (cakes/cookies) has “free” food. I’m not sure you’ll need to buy even more food!?

We always buy them before we board, (or bring them with us) so we can have Pringles, mixed nuts, peppermint patties and other snacks and chocolate in our stateroom. :classic_biggrin::classic_tongue:

Thanks for the reminder!  We will be flying day of on our next cruise.

For those people who prefer to bring their own pre-packages snacks, I respectfully suggest using an insulated shopping bag to keep them cool before boarding the ship. No fun trying to eat melted chocolate-was caught out ONCE and learnt to use the insulated bag with no more melted chocolate!
