Here are the particulars in a letter issued to those itineraries involved; “We are contacting you to provide an update on the status of your 2022 cruise vacation. As a result of deployment changes, the Mexican Riviera sailings on Celebrity Millennium departing September 24, 2022 through December 11, 2022, will now be onboard Celebrity Solstice.” Randy Great to hear. There hasn't been much information about it while at sea. To be honest i hadn't been to Celebrity Website as I figured it would not have been updated.

Following closely since we will be on the silhouette in August September on a B4B. Celebrity released the Covid test requirements for our August trip. I'm curious if celebrity will be doing the testing for your second and third cruises or if you're taking along the proctored test? If you are asking about the B2B testing between each cruise - yes they do it for all the B2B's a day or 2 before turn around day (gratis). I did bring 4 Proctored Tests and 4 non. We will be using the proctored tests from Scotland before flying back home.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted April 16, 2022 Author #903 Share Posted April 16, 2022 (edited) Last night was a weird menu - I was surprised by the menu on Chic night but thought maybe they had substituted the Lobster night and the Chocolate Sphere by mistake - Amuse Bouche Shrimp Starter Sunchoke Veloute Heirloom Bruschetta Dinner Lobster 🦞 Shrimp Coated Flounder MDR Desert - Sunday Black Forest Cake MDR With the weird menu they also offered a Bailey Ice Chocolate Sunday. I love the Sphere for the visual but had the Chocolate Sunday - It was YUM Edited April 16, 2022 by Jim_Iain
Rare Jim_Iain Posted April 16, 2022 Author #904 Share Posted April 16, 2022 Whale and Dolphin Watching i was a bit concerned with the bus. You can’t walk off the pier so a bus was mandatory. There were only 1 seat open. Luckily the ride was less than 10 minutes. Masked required but a couple didn’t wear on way back an no enforcement

Rare Jim_Iain Posted April 16, 2022 Author #906 Share Posted April 16, 2022 We didn’t see any whales but saw lots of bottle nose dolphins and common dolphins. We also were lucky to see a sea turtle (the crew were excited as the don’t see them often. 5

charlielinda Posted April 16, 2022 #913 Share Posted April 16, 2022 Jim, thank you for your wonderful posts. We are going to be aboard the Apex TA at the end of the month. It will be third TA but first SS. You mentioned using Ruku and thought might be great investment because we travel and cruise often. Is it easy to use on the ship? Looks like I’ll be doing some research. Enjoy your travels!

It's expensive at first glance at $500 per year, but you get a rebate of the first $300 spent on food or travel (really easy to do by just placing a deposit on a cruise. Also gives you Reimbursement for TSA Global Entry. To be covered you have to charge the trip on Chase Reserve. This is exactly why I have this card too. I was curious as to how you found this itemized list. I have the same for my card but have to 'click through' each benefit to see what is included. Where did you find this itemized list? What I would rally like to have send down is our meal from Tuscan last night. Before your husband arrived I was think of sending down a Teddy Bear. Better yet you should have requested separate interconnecting rooms and set one as a Living Room and pretend you are in a CS. All you would need is a virtual balcony. 3

I've been noticing a number of new items on the menu. The Amuse Bouche have been revamped and 95% are good. They have a Beet one and I hate beets (these the 5%). Actually Iain had me take a taste of it and - don't tell him but better than I expected. Mom use to force me to eat them as a kid. Yuck. On the funny side the waiter misunderstands me at time and I get the unexpected. He suggested the Lamb Chop and at the time Iain suggested the English Pea Veloute. I said yes to the Chop --- Iain said your getting the Veloute (soup) and yup that's what arrived. It was good. No details as of yet but will be late into Lisbon looked on cruise tracker and heading south to Funchal. I would have thought Lisbon would have been closer.
