Sorry, I've not yet had my morning coffee, but there used to be a menu icon on the X site in the upper left hand corner of the home page. I can no longer see it. How can I access the menu? TIA.

The icon isn't there any more.  Scroll all the way to the bottom for a list of options, or use the search tool on the top right. What are you looking for?

Thanks. I did know those two options(even before coffee) but thought I was losing it. I was silly to assume that X IT would do anything other than make something simple into something more complicated or unworkable. I wasn't looking for anything specific, but just noticed the icon missing. It was an easy navigation tool. Thanks again.

Nope, not on my laptop screen. I tried Chrome and Edge browsers as well as Incognito windows on both. And I'm only a little jealous that you still have it.😜

I never really thought about needing a menu...I'm either checking current cruises/excursions..easy to find, or doing a mock booking to look for new cruises/check current cruise prices...also easy to find.  YMMV.

I just tried on my Samsung android tablet and you're right, it is there. Ahh the life and mind of a X IT tech.🤪

I have the same X picture but your headers are different than mine.

The technical term for that is "the hamburger"  😂.  Typically only available on mobile devices (Phones, tablets etc.)

"The hamburger" was formerly available on my computer screen as well. I guess the "menu" no longer offers "the hamburger."🤣

Without going full nerd on you, I will try to explain what you are seeing.  Web designers now have the challenge to build sites that work on desktop (Laptop) and then on mobile devices (phone, tablet).  They use to build two different sites.  Now they use programming to detect the size of the window to show.  The hamburger obviously is a way to concise your overhead menus.  So if you really like the hamburger, then simply shrink the window size on your laptop to a smaller rectangle and it will force the computer to think you are on a tablet.  See below:

They pasted a large banner thing over the old menu. One way around this is to find an old bookmark that links to a page that lacks this addition. It's perhaps a long way to go to get around this change, but here's one:

Many pages you can go from here still slap that addition on the page.

Or, on a laptop or computer scroll to the very bottom of the page. The very last link under Customer Support is the Site Map.  This brings up everything that I remember being on the menu.

Shrinking the page didn't work for me.  It got very small horizontally but not vertically and no menu hamburger.

I just tried shrinking the window page as suggested and indeed the menu icon was there...however when I clicked it I no longer got the pop up from the side as I did before and much that was there is no longer there. The best way to access all of that is from the site map at the bottom of the home page.
