Are there hotels where you can stay the night before cruise and they take you to the ship in the morning?

This may be more helpful:  check out 'Places to Stay' on the official Fort Lauderdale tourism website:  www.sunny.org for hotels that offer shuttles to Port Everglades while you are waiting to get specific recommendations.  Most shuttles charge per person.  If you chose a hotel near the port and you have a party of more than 2 then Uber, Lyft or a taxi (sedan and van taxis charge the same fare) could be cheaper.  So do the math!

Yes. Almost all of them

For the most part it depends on the location of the hotel.  Those very near the airport (Dania Beach) and the 17th Street area of Fort Lauderdale are much more likely to offer a shuttle than those along Fort Lauderdale Beach or Las Olas Blvd (downtown).

We have found it cheaper and more convent to do Uber or Lyft.  I say that because, in our experience, you have to wait until a large bus is full before they will take you.  If you book your own transportation you can get there quicker and it's just you and your party.
