CruisingNole Posted December 2, 2022 #51 Share Posted December 2, 2022 No hand sanitizer in cabin on Independence and Mariner as of late. They couldn’t even keep the public area dispensers full.
SherriZ366 Posted December 3, 2022 #52 Share Posted December 3, 2022 Did anyone ask their Stateroom Attendant for a bottle. I bet they still have some supply left.

No, I didn't ask. Why? Because I bring my own. It's one of the "do not forget" packing items, isn't it? Particularly for shore visits.

I sailed on Serenade 11/5. Although there were 2 masks provided in my room there was no shipboard requirement that they be worn. I did wear a mask much/most of the time, onboard and in some shore visits.
StrikeEagle Posted December 4, 2022 #59 Share Posted December 4, 2022 On Allure last August, they did not leave any hand sanitizer bottle in our cabin, but I asked room attendant if I can get a couple of them. He was able to find them and brought to our cabin.

Longford Posted December 5, 2022 #65 Share Posted December 5, 2022 (edited) Obviously, housekeeping acts inconsistently amongst the fleet, even amongst rooms on the same ship. Concerned about this? I brought my own hand sanitizer ... and if I did not there were many dispensers scattered throughout the ship including in each of the eating venues. Sanitizer, no sanitizer ... it's not something I'd think twice about ... certainly it's not something that would factor in a decision to cruise or not. Thousands of passengers on a ship not wearing a mask would and did concern me more. 🤩 Edited December 5, 2022 by Longford

Not required, crew is maskless too😀 Masks and sanitizer in our cabin when we boarded Anthem today. There are a couple people wearing masks as their own personal choice but we have not worn a mask on any cruise since March.

twins_to_alaska Posted December 11, 2022 Author #71 Share Posted December 11, 2022 OP here. No sanitizer but 2 masks in each of our cabins on Freedom on the 5th. Had brought plenty of sanitizer and KN95 masks from home. Masked outside cabins. Got food from buffet and ate on my awesome corner aft balcony, 7408. It was a wonderful cruise!
