You're overthinking this.  These are American dates:  12 (Dec) / 13-23 / 2021

and 11 (Nov) / 18-28 / 2022

11/18-28/22 means November 18th thru 28th in 2022.

I guess just be glad I don't do time in "Zulu"! I still prefer the 24 hour "military" rendering but I keep it local. Not GMT/UTC.

Different Countries write  the date  differently

since  this board it not just  for USA  (surprise)

Best  to write the month out  for less confusion
