I'm not sure the Voom specialist understands how Starlink works.  It's vastly different than other satellite internet providers.  Until the first ship to Alaska soon we won't really know.   For synching fitbits it may work just fine.

I'm not sure the Voom guy knows how Voom works.  They never impressed me with any knowledge , other than setting up wifi on a cell phone.

One time, pre Voom,  I had while in Cozumel , I couldn't use the internet in my room. Turns out, another RCI  ship was on the other side of the dock, and his wifi signal was stronger than what I was getting, so I had connected to him, and of course, it did not recognize me, do it wouldn't let me in.

Back of the ship behind Windjammer.  One of my favorite places.  When we took Radiance from Honolulu to Vancouver I ate many of my meals back there especially when we were in Hawaii.  Beautiful views.

On 21 Alaska cruise on Serenade that was my go to spot for lunch.

Rack of Lamb

Okay I've taken some of the asparagus and put it on my plate, but these are not Truffle Fries, they are Windjammer fries.

The Lamb was very good but the downgrade of the fries is disappointing.

Did you ask your waiter about the fries. Maybe if no one ever says anything they think it's not noticed .. or they ran out of whatever they use for truffle seasoning.

The chef forgot.  They offered to replace them but it's time for dessert.

We've sailed all the Radiance class ships. Most recently Jewel.  Sailed  Radiance in 2020 just before the world shut down and can't remember if the rear of Windjammer is outside as it is on Jewel.  The deck plans aren't clear.  Really enjoyed lunch out there (breakfast also weather permitting).  Can someone confirm whether the outdoor area is still there.   Thanks.

I must say that despite the many complaints on CC about the “new”  menus; our experience so far in the MDR has been excellent. Last night’s Italian night had arancini, chicken parm and the lemon meringue tart. All delicious, hot ( items 1 & 2) and not oversized.
I do still dislike them asking for your desert choice when you are ordering… they even did this in Giovannis.  I do not know if I want a pudding before I’ve even taken a mouthful!!
