Scorpio41 Posted April 27, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 27, 2023 I am so looking forward to the sea air. I am really suffering this year with hay fever and can’t wait till the sea breeze gives my eyes a rest. I am looking forward to getting away, enjoying Aurora and the Baltic states too. 😁

Cristaltips Posted April 27, 2023 #3 Share Posted April 27, 2023 I’m looking forward to being looked after and fed. Partner has been ill this year and once he’s had the consultant’s ok to travel, we’ll be off! Don’t care where, as long as we can go, anywhere will do. We’re both Pisces so love the sea!

Britboys Posted April 29, 2023 #13 Share Posted April 29, 2023 This year I am off to Norway (Fjords for the second time) and the thing I am most looking forward to is the scenery and the fact that we will be the only ship in most ports for our visit.

We have been to the Fjords many times and the scenery never ceases to amaze me, I could probably take a cruise there every summer if there were not so many other places to cruise to.

I've only done them once on Saga Ruby, in 2013 and most of the ports on this one are different, so it will be great. Not sure if anything will top the sail down Geirangerfjord in the early morning with wispy mist strung across the fjord mind...

Or the 360o pirouette under the seven sisters waterfall down the same Fjord.
Rare DamianG Posted April 29, 2023 #17 Share Posted April 29, 2023 (edited) As well as a lot of the things already mentioned I’m looking forward to handing over the car keys in Southampton. That’s when I relax and the holiday truly starts. Edited April 29, 2023 by DamianG
Rare Presto2 Posted May 1, 2023 #18 Share Posted May 1, 2023 Our last cruise was August 2019, so I'm looking forward to sitting on the balcony watching the wake of the ship again after and then walking on the prom deck watching the sea glide by. (Weather permitting!)

Tan210 Posted May 5, 2023 #20 Share Posted May 5, 2023 My first ever cruise - from what I’ve read and researched it’s quite a special feeling walking on board and I feel very lucky doing this so I’ll take in every second of all the ‘firsts’ of the experience ! 🙂

Lucysnan Posted May 5, 2023 #23 Share Posted May 5, 2023 This will be our first ever cruise and we are both so excited to be on Britannia to the Fjords at the end of June. I have done as much research as I can regarding how to go about things regarding the app, specialist dining etc. and hopefully all will go well.
