Looks like they are sticking to it. Terminal won't open until 1230. There is limited seating under cover for us extremely early ones but people will be standing soon.

 

The seats are available inside I really wish they would allow us inside but it is what it is.

Did you simply walk between the two? What about your luggage?

Yes it wasn't a terrible walk. Not great but doable even with all of our over packing. 

 

My mom checked hers, I have mine in hand because I refuse to check and like usual I keep getting told I have to check my bag. No thanks.

It's getting tense out here. It's not ideal but we were told  not to arrive early.

Have the others transferred from another ship or just turned up early?

Sorry about the uncomfortable wait.  Not the best situation, but not like you have any alternatives.  Your attitude is admirable.  Hope the boarding goes smoothly for you!

I'm sitting next to a lady who was also on QE and spoke to someone who got off Enchanent so there are at least some who transferred from another ship. I would imagine most just showed up early. But I'd say most had to check out of their hotel early.

 

Still, gotta pack your patience. It's not a great situation but making a fuss isn't going to do anything but make it more stressful.

Almost a zero percent chance of orderly anything. There is a lot of bickering back and forth about where people are standing. 

 

There are also a higher percentage of people who are used to having priority boarding and can't imagine not being more special than all the rest of the priority pax.

I think the staff are going to be overwhelmed. 

 

 

There will definitely be lunch but I am going to have to skip my plan of Mongolian Wok, line for it is it too slow and too many people will be ahead of me by the time I can get to it.

 

You can bet I'll be checking on the salt and pepper 😆.
