Thank you so much everyone for your help! I have ordered 2 and 4. Once I get them I plan to walk around in them inside and see which I am more comfortable with as I rarely dress up and never wear heels.

Both 2 and 4 are really cute and I can vouch for the comfort of the #2 brand (Karen Scott).  I don't wear heels since I retired and bought these t-straps for our cruise last month.  Wore them straight out of the box 2-3 nights (what was I thinking??), up and down multiple flights of stairs with no issues except they were sometimes slippery on polished floors.  Either of your choices will work beautifully with the gorgeous navy dress!

The navy wedge is the winner for both color and style.

. The black pump does not look dressy enough for the dress. Heavy-looking.

The black rhinestone shoe is a great style but would be better in navy or silver.

The Blush one is just a NO.

I am certainly not an expert on style  but  I would not wear  any of the shoes with your dress. I would look for something sparkly, probably silver.  I really like the shoes pictured with the dress so I would go for something similar.

I love your dress!

I like all, especially #3 and 4 ... but I'd rather see a pair with a thinner /more delicate ankle strap.  The hemline is fairly long, so that chunkier ankle strap "chops the leg in half".

I'd also prefer something in all silver or all gold (with the dress being a solid color, a little bling would be a nice addition), though the cream shoe above is more practical.
