In other news..I forgot my damn deodorant! So I have to go to the sundries shop and get some.

Also; I wore shorts today..but up here in the buffet I’m freezing my coconuts off!

may have to go back to the room and either put on my hoodie or pants

Doh! I didn’t even walk further back at the buffet to see if the back part was open (usually where dinner is served)

my surprise when it was! But that’s fine; I got a good plate (living in northern Mexico, we’ve got great Mexican food at home and get used to eating it)

You’re doing something right when your buffet plate looks like it was carefully curated in a dining room

And damnit! They had ramen!!

but DOUBLE damnit…HOW!? They have NO sort of chili sauce if any kind! (No chili garlic, no sriracha, no sambol..nothing!) I had to resort to using Tabasco (which is crazy high in sodium unfortunately)

I’m sure there are crew members that have access to any of the spices listed. Right?

I asked in Tagalog even..they said they literally don’t have any kind of bottled sambal in the buffet or galley at all.

Better picture of my “obstructed balcony”.

i think like @sonomaphilsaid; if you absolutely don’t get seasick; this is the “cheat code” room, if you REALLY want a premium balcony and don’t want to pay big bucks

As you can see this is EASILY 10’x10’.

Damn; these dragon links are going off:

just watched someone pop a $5000 ball. Of course; homies got like 20,000 slot points already; so he’s definitely swinging hard.

indropped a quick $300 at one of the four multigame vp’s (there’s a COLD pair that has always been open, then there’s a HOT pair which people are playing KENO! on)

I finally was able to score a dragon link; but some rando is saying he doesn’t know how to use slots on the ship so he “lost” his $100 bill in it (probably put cash in then walked away and it went on the next players medallion)

I LOVE ramen.  Is that from the buffet and is it served up when you order or is it already dished up for a grab-n-go?

damn; played on slots from like 2:30-6:00; played at the bank of dragons links..dudes playing with me were having a good ole time..one dude was betting pretty healthy..($25-$50 a spin) hit a $5000 ball..then later on a $10,000 ball!!!

needles to say he’s bankrupting the casino! He’s got 38,000 points

I myself got absolutely wrecked and am now down $5500; but we ain’t dead yet! Had a few heartbreaks today with hands that COULD have been monsters (dealt four to a Royal with multipliers; any ONE would have been $4k)

going to get dressed and head for first sea day (formal) dinner.

afyer dinner probably more casino..if my two buddies are back on dragon link. (Or I can get one of the two GOOD poker machines)

Haha I think my steward feels sorry for me.

i went up to change into a collared shirt and pants and I saw him and exchanged pleasantries..then when I came out after changing he was still there and he asked me “you’re not here with any family or friends?” I said; “nope; just me” and he’s like…ohhh……

it’s definitely better than sitting in a big empty house and having to cook for myself.

plus, gambling is 100% the lonely man’s game..always people ready with either a celebration or sob story..

The Plus package is seeming well worth it!

Yeah and I haven’t even used my “casual

dining” credits..I’ll probably use those at Gigi’s and Sushi on the last two sea days.

With the internet and grats included, it really is a great deal.

Yes; if you intend to get WiFi..then it’s only the cost of two cocktails each day..very easy to do that
