Elite Happy Hour

Recommended Posts

Its in most of the lounges, not one specific spot, a few bars do not have the happy hour for elites, mainly the World Class Bar and Restaurants also do not.  All info will be in your room for your level of benefits that you qualify for.

Also, be sure to look for the list of activities you are invited to, should be in the stack of papers waiting for you in your cabin.  We have had at least one event in a lounge space on each cruise recently.  We tend to find where we want to enjoy a pre-dinner drink, get to know the waiters (a  tip is appreciated).

Just got off the Constellation last Thursday after a 12-night cruise. Elite Happy Hour lounge was on 3 evenings in the Reflections Lounge on deck 11. Otherwise, you can go to any bar during the 12 nights from 5-7.

Although we could have we didn't make use of the lounge.

I agree with you. If this applies to each ship, this should be info we are provided prior to boarding. The luncheon is 12:00 to 1:30 and if this literature is in your cabin you may not even get it before 1:30!

Thanks all! Is there a limited number of complementary drinks during cocktail hour?

(thinking back to when Royal put 3 drinks on the card to use during happy hour, before Covid)

No it’s unlimited!

It is only for 2 hours from 5 -7pm.

Now RCI allows the Diamond (4), Diamond+ (5) and Pennical (6) everyday at any time at any bar including MDR, showroom, Specialty Restaurants.

The luncheon is for those that booked a Concierge Class class cabin and has nothing to do with your Captains Club status.

Although it's unlimited drinks from 5-7pm it doesn't apply to all drinks which on Royal it does. There's a specific menu with the types of wines, alcohol, beers, and non alcoholic drinks that you can get during the HH. Unlike Royal, you cannot get something that's not on the list and pay the difference. So for example, there are no frozen drinks that's part of the HH ( so no frozen Pina colada).

That sheet looks to be for Captains Club, I don’t see Concierge anywhere on it.

It's been well established that there only 3 instances where there an embarkation lunch, Concierge Class cabins, B2B, and Zenith.

We've got at least 4 instances as the MDR embarkation lunch comes with the Premium Access package.  Does NOT come with casino/BCC status.  Can anyone find a 5th instance?

Well I guess that explains why last month on the Ascent the lunch was so crowded. Luckily we were on line early enough and was within the first 40 people to enter the dining room. When we finished and walked out of the dining room the line was crazy long. Honestly I wouldn't wait on that line.

Edit:  NCL opens a MDR for all guests on embarkation day for lunch. Celebrity should do the same.
