So for the last two weeks (since 20 days after debarkation); I’ve been trying to book my “Come Back Soon” offer of Suite+Plus+$2500 freeplay (yes the “top” ComeBackSoon offer) now, every time I’ve called the people have said “sorry, it’s not in the system yet, call back later” TODAY the guy said “it’s not in the system; but let me send you an email real quick and you just reply with a photo of it, while we’re on the phone, and I’ll load it in the system for you” DONE!! So he came back from putting me on hold and said “it’s all set my man! And daaaang! A SUITE..you mind stowing me away with you!? Haha” But it gets better! The printed offer said “good through 9/7/24”; which pretty much I was set on booking an Alaska cruise (max value; and I haven’t done Glacier Bay yet) BUUT, something I’ve ALWAYS wanted to do; was see the Northern Lights..but I knew that meant either going to Norway or Iceland..either of which are $$$. In comes princess, with a 14-day “Search for the Northern Lights cruise”… BUT two things.. 1. It sails on 9/24/24 2. When I looked up the price for a penthouse suite with Plus package it came up to $18,000!! 😳 (The offer said “approx max value $9000.) But…dude on the phone…click click click...”Ok; so your price today is $688; but you’re going to get $400 back as OBC” SOOOOOOLD! I literally was BESIDE myself so excited! A FREAKIN PENTHOUSE SUITE ON THE CARRIBEAN PRINCESS! I couldn’t believe it until I got the confirmation…zero balance showing! Immediately went and booked my flights from SFO<>LHR…which on BA was only $1800 p/p for Premium! HECK YES BABY! Very foggy when we were up there. Many of your ports don't match the Sky sailing we did, but HIGHLY recommend the Andalsnes Troll Road tour through Norway Excursions. That said, next time, I'm going to use a cruise vacation planner through Princess. Why? Well, they didn't apply my free play to this CBS. So I had to deal with another giant run-around and escalation to others on the phone to finally get it applied. The CVP I called in the interim said they couldn't help with the free play, but said next time book with her and she can run interference on such things. I'm assuming she wasn't lying. There shouldn't be anything expired. You tried during the allotted time to book this cruise and you definitely should get everything you earned. My voucher states “valid for cruises between 2/20/24 - 9/7/24”…this cruise starts on 9/24/24. So TECHNICALLY it’s expired..the only thing I can think is they extended it out a few weeks because it TOOK them a few weeks to get it on my account..in any case, I’ll email the guy Monday (since I got his email when I verified it) and inquire about the freeplay. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nothing or All could be expired if booking outside the cruising timeframe. It seems to depend on Who you talk to. Document Everything! Also, Do NOT let them get away with Not giving you your Freeplay! Some of us have been having issues with this. Make sure it shows up on your Travel Summary, and when it does?
