Casino Royal offers

Recommended Posts

if I have offers that i am not going to use(because I already booked one) can I trade in the trade in the rest for a future cruise that isn't booked yet(say I want to book a cruise for December but haven't decided what yet)? If so do I have to call or can I do this online. Tried online but it was asking for info I didn't have. Just want to know if its possible before I call?

No.  You cannot convert a casino offer of any kind for FCC.

They all have a trade in value....so can you only use the trade in value if you book at the same time?

From my experience you can only apply the trade in value for a booked cruise (which obviously was not a casino booked cruise).

You can apply the trade in value to a cruise you previously booked (you don’t have to book a new cruise to use the trade in value).

You can definitely apply the cash value to a new cruise booking as I have done this a couple of times.  Actually, I didn't realize they would allow you to apply the cash value to an existing booking.  I always thought that you could only use it on a new booking.  Good information.

Thanks everyone! So that leaves one last question....if I have a fully paid cruise that I booked via another casino offer can I apply the cash value of the others...I might just try and see what happens.

Good question.  I actually have one that is fully paid but have a few offers with trade in value.  I wonder if I can get the trade in value applied to my current cruise even though it is fully paid.....

You cannot combine casino offers, so if you have already booked a cruise using one offer, you cannot combine another cert to that booking - even if it is "just" a $$ off.

You can apply one offer per person.  If you have an offer and you companion has an offer you can apply both.  If you have 2 offers you can only apply one.  Each offer has to be in different names.

Can you only use the offer one time?  Or can you book 2 separate cruises with the same offer code?

Just once, unfortunately.  I should say....you can only book 1 cruise per certificate....so if you have 2 separate certificates, you can book 2 cruises (or apply the $$ off value) but only 1 cruise per cert.
