In Toronto Posted June 11 #1 Share Posted June 11 Does anyone know if you can plug in a nightlight in the bathroom? The plug that states For Shavers Only. Would it use the same power as a shaver? Thanks

Rare KKB Posted June 11 #4 Share Posted June 11 (edited) I buy these so I never have to worry about plug issues. JUST enough light, small & very lightweight to pack. ($4 for a 12 pack) Edited June 11 by KKB

WisCruiser2 Posted June 11 #8 Share Posted June 11 We have used tea lights but find our low-voltage led nightlight works better for us.

mtnesterz Posted June 11 #10 Share Posted June 11 (edited) 5 hours ago, In Toronto said: Would it use the same power as a shaver? Looks like your first question is covered. Now for the second. As long as you keep whatever you plug in at less than the 20 VoltAmps (Watts) you read posted on the wall outlet, you're GTG. A shaver designed for use in North America uses 5 to 15 watts at 120 volts. An LED nightlight probably uses only .5 to 1 watt. An old tiny incandescent bulb 4 to 7 watts. All are within acceptable.
