schmoopie17 Posted July 18 #928 Share Posted July 18 That dumbazz in the buffet was such a dumbazz. His wife is probably used to him acting like a dumbazz. (I just fulfilled my quota of dumbazz for the day...OOPS, just did an extra one). Next time it happens (hopefully there won't be a next time), you could threaten to call Gopher...or Captain Steubing. 2

Rare YVRteacher Posted July 18 Author #931 Share Posted July 18 Do you know how much I love Reykjavik? It is expansive! I have been here many times before and have done the Golden Circle, the Blue Lagoon, the Viking museum and the Phallological Museum. I have shopped, done a historical walking tour, fed the ducks, photographed the Prime Minister’s house and enjoyed a waffle. Shuttles were at the ready this morning and I didn’t have any wait at all. The free shuttle takes passengers from the cruise ship terminal to Harpa. This is Harpa. It is the conference centre and the concert hall, contains a restaurant, a gift shop and an information station. Today it was also shelter from the raindrops. Look up: the ceiling is gorgeous!

arizonaperson Posted July 18 #943 Share Posted July 18 (edited) So the yogurt doesn’t have to be refrigerated in Icleland? Looks like it’s just on a regular store shelf. I’m curious what Icelandic moss is as well, looks like a chocolate bar packaging?? Edited July 18 by arizonaperson

Ignore the detractors and the dissenters. That old man had NO RIGHT to shove you. He had NO RIGHT TO TOUCH YOU at all. It's plain and simple. Something interesting we learned while visiting a Viking Museum in Norway was the fact that Vikings did not wear horns on their helmets. Apparently that came from Opera.

There was a produce room, a meat room and a dairy room in addition to all the regular aisles. I always take a photo of yoghurt in Iceland because it is such a part of the culture. See what I did there?😂 2

When I was going through security back on the Island Princess the security officer was saying “cell phones in the tray, chocolate in my hand.” I reached into my bag and gave him an Omnom caramel and sea salt milk chocolate bar and he hugged me! 16 2
